Order Procedure
Thank you very much for your support and trust in Besteye. When we receive your order, we will handle it internally as soon as possible and distribute the order to our relevant departments, or we have cooperated with reliable raw material suppliers with reliable.
1.Injection molding department: the shell will be injected and inspected according to the color required by the order, then waiting for assembly.
2.SMT Department: when all the electronic materials are ready, we will arrange PCB patch and post weld, and prepare the PCBA board for assembly.
3.Painting and screen printing department: finish the OEM painting and brand screen printing according to the order requirements, and wait for assembly after passing the inspection.
4.QC department: When the packaging and auxiliary materials we ordered come back, the quality inspection department will inspect the materials according to the design documents confirmed by the order and the samples confirmed by the customers.
5.Assembly department: when all the above materials are ready, our PMC staff will arrange on-line assembly, package the finished mass products, and our QA staff will inspect the mass products one by one.
6. Shipment: we will arrange air transportation or shipment according to your requirements after you or your third party inspection company has passed the mass products.
